Longsight Community Art Space
Introducing: Longsight Community Art Space CIC!
Over the past two and half years, we have been working together with residents and community members in Longsight to create a new organisation to take over the day-to-day operation of the art space along with developing a new overall creative plan for the venue and the district. We are extremely happy to announce that we have now formalised as a new organisation:
*Longsight Community Art Space CIC*
Our CIC will ensure the future of our activities in Longsight and Greater Manchester are secured for the future and we would like to invite you to our official relaunch on Friday 1st - Sunday 3rd March!
More details to follow and we there will be opportunities to share our plans for the future while introducing our new directors for the CIC.
Over the next month we are working away to create our new website, social media and governing structures so please bear with us while we are working away on these. We will also be transferring our monthly newsletter to Longsight CAS, please reply to this email if you DO NOT wish to be added to this email newsletter.
Lastly, we are increasing our regular weekly workshops so there is something on each week for you. Details below.

Tuesdays: 10am – 8pm
Wednesday – Saturday: 10am – 4pm
Occasional Thursday lates until 8pm
Occasional Sundays: 12pm-3pm
Accessibility:
We have use of an off site disabled toilet and the venue is accessible by wheelchair/level access throughout.
Getting here:
We are in a residential area so parking is on the neighbouring streets.
Bus 150 stops outside the venue and Levenshulme train station is a 15 minute walk.
